At Petit Lem, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Print Your Label
After submitting your request, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached, and affix the return label to the outside.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
